Experience:
Masters/ MBA/ B.Sc (Textile Engineering) from recognized university having good CGPA.
Must have completed degree course on merchandising from a reputed institution.
Applications are invited to fill up the vacant posts in the MID level of Jr. Merchandiser of a reputed Group of Companies involved in Garment Manufacturing and Exporting (Woven & Knit) business.
Must have experience in Merchandising, Preparing time and action plan, Booking of materials, Sample Management, Production Monitoring in factory.
Must have experience in achieving Production and quality to ensure on time shipment of orders by exercising interpersonal skill with the production staff.
Experience in WOVEN/KNIT garments specially on T-Shirt/Jackets/Pant/Sports wear/Children wear will be given priority.
Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
Must have experience in preparing TNA plan and maintain.
Knowledge and acquaintance about piece goods (fabric, trims and accessories) sourcing.
Must be accountable for shipment within time frame.
Must have mathematical background with good command in English language.
Must have good communication skill.
Sample Management, Production Monitoring at factory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
