Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, HR Operations
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manpower planning and handling, recruitment or hiring of manpower for the company.
∎ Job analysis and preparation of job description of staff;
∎ Take care of labor disputes and disciplinary matters;
∎ Supervise HR Payroll, Leaves & attendance etc;
∎ Ensure staff development including training, assessment;
∎ Ensure general administration for the company.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, annual performance appraisal;
∎ Formulate and Develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization;
∎ Assessing the training need analysis of the employees and ensure the proper training;
∎ Develop key performance indicators and goal setting of the different level employees with their supervisor and conduct appraisal process;
∎ Any other assigned job from management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
