Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, selection & onboarding).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing methods.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and conducting employee training programs and workshops.
Identify training needs in collaboration with different departments and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain recruitment and training-related reports and records.
