Responsibilities & Context:
- Product Development: Assist in creating and testing new food products to align with market trends and consumer preferences.
- Market Research: Conduct studies to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and competitors' products.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate on enhancing existing products to improve quality, taste, and nutritional value.
- Brand Innovation: Support in developing unique product features that highlight the brand’s identity.
- Ingredient Analysis: Research and test new ingredients for better flavor, sustainability, or cost-effectiveness.
- Sustainability Projects: Contribute to initiatives focused on Eco-friendly packaging and sustainable production methods.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to align product features with brand messaging and promotional strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and report on global and local food trends to suggest innovative product ideas.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of experiments, findings, and recommendations for product development.
