Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 24 years
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in study abroad counseling, especially for Japan and South Korea.

    Prior experience in education consultancy is mandatory.

    Applicants without relevant education consultancy experience will not be considered.

    Strong knowledge of Japan and South Korea admission procedures, university/college requirements, scholarship opportunities, visa documentation, and student file processing.

Working Days: Saturday – Thursday
Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Counsel students and guardians over the phone and face-to-face regarding admission, eligibility, scholarship, tuition fees, and visa processes for Japan and South Korea.

Guide students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, courses, and study destinations based on their academic background and financial capacity.

Handle the complete counseling process from initial inquiry to admission and visa file preparation.

Process university and college applications for Japan and South Korea.

Prepare, check, and organize necessary documents for admission and visa processing.

Communicate directly with foreign institutions regarding application status, offer letters, admission requirements, scholarship matters, and enrollment procedures.

Guide students in preparing SOP, motivation letter, CV, recommendation letters, and other supporting documents.

Assist students and sponsors in preparing financial documents, bank statements, affidavits, sponsor documents, and visa-related paperwork.

Maintain regular follow-up with students through phone calls, messages, and office meetings.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and guardians.

Update student information, application status, and follow-up records in CRM or internal tracking system.

Coordinate with admission and visa processing teams to ensure smooth file handling.

Achieve monthly counseling, admission, and conversion targets as assigned by the management.
