  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities & Context:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to align with company goals
  • Drive continuous improvement in outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize productivity and enhance brand reputation.

Business Operations:·

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Optimize inventory and supply chain management to minimize waste and cost
  • Implement SOPs and compliance guidelines to maintain operational excellence.

People Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the outlet’s team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  •  Develop employee engagement programs to boost motivation and performance.
  • Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Ensure a strong customer service culture through effective coaching and training.

Financial Oversight:

  • Monitor outlet-level financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost control.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.

Business Development:

  • Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion plans.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
  • Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
