- Willingness to travel across outlets when required.
Responsibilities & Context: Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to align with company goals
- Drive continuous improvement in outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize productivity and enhance brand reputation.
Business Operations:·
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets.
- Monitor and maintain product quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Optimize inventory and supply chain management to minimize waste and cost
- Implement SOPs and compliance guidelines to maintain operational excellence.
People Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the outlet’s team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Develop employee engagement programs to boost motivation and performance.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline to maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure a strong customer service culture through effective coaching and training.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor outlet-level financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for cost control.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.
Business Development:
- Identify new market opportunities and propose expansion plans.
- Develop promotional strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
