Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop an MS Excel spreadsheet system for production batch requisitions.
- Use advanced Excel tools, including macros and VBA, to automate repetitive tasks.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with production and inventory teams to understand requirements.
- Test and troubleshoot the Excel system to ensure reliability and functionality.
- Prepare documentation and user guides for the developed system.
- Provide training to team members on the use of the new Excel system.
- Assist in other finance or operational tasks as assigned.
