Responsibilities & Context:
Transaction Processing: Operate cash registers, POS systems.
Payment Handling: Accept cash, credit/debit cards making exact change and issuing receipts.
Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, help locate Rides, and provide Ride recommendations.
Till Management: Count and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reconciling totals with sales reports.
Returns & Exchanges: Process refunds, troubleshoot payment issues, and handle customer complaints with professionalism.
Policy Enforcement: Verify customer age for restricted Ride and accurately give information.
