  • Strong financial literacy-must be able to clearly communicate concepts like equity shares, ROI, valuation, and partnership structures to both retail and corporate investors.

  • Elite verbal and written communication mastery in both English and Bengali.

  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Word for agreements and MS Excel for financial tracking).



Responsibilities & Context:

Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Context

We are pioneering an innovative, community-centric investment model where small and strategic investors can directly acquire equity shares and become part-owners of our rapidly growing brand. We are seeking a sophisticated, trustworthy, and financially astute Specialist Investor Relations & Financing to serve as our primary brand ambassador for capital raising. This position will spearhead fundraising campaigns, professionally manage inbound/outbound share sales inquiries, clearly communicate equity structures, and manage our growing portfolio of active shareholders.

Capital Mobilization & Equity Sales Execution

  • Strategically pitch, follow up on, and close inbound and outbound equity investment leads, walking prospects through business growth trajectories and ROI projections.

  • Design and execute structured share-selling and fundraising campaigns tailored to retail investors, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and community-backed crowdfunding groups.

  • Direct the entire capital raising pipeline-guiding potential investors smoothly from initial inquiry to formal fund collection and equity onboarding.

Shareholder Communication & Portfolio Management

  • Serve as the dedicated, professional, and transparent point of contact for our collective pool of shareholders and strategic financial partners.

  • Conduct clear, credible walkthroughs of company legal frameworks, including the Memorandum of Association (MoA), shareholder agreements, and dividend distribution structures.

  • Address all investor inquiries with high professional maturity, distribute quarterly financial performance updates, and coordinate corporate shareholder meetups.

Due Diligence, Reporting & Pipeline Tracking

  • Maintain meticulous investment logs, share registration databases, and strict KYC documentation in close coordination with the legal and finance teams.

  • Provide accurate, data-driven fund mobilization reports and strategic pipeline tracking updates directly to the Managing Director on a weekly basis.

  • Keep track of individual performance data, monitor ongoing sales pipelines, and submit regular analytical progress metrics directly to management.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging commercial opportunities to enhance the brand's B2B edge.
