  • Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Stripe and PayPal Business accounts

  • Strong background in payment operations, risk management, and compliance

  • Demonstrated experience handling chargebacks, disputes, and fraud prevention

  • Understanding of KYC, AML, and payment provider policies

  • Experience working with e-commerce, fintech, travel, or digital businesses

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the travel industry

  • Experience with BNPL solutions such as PayPal Pay in 3, Scalapay, Klarna, Floa, or similar providers

  • Experience managing payment provider reviews and compliance assessments

  • Familiarity with payment gateway integrations and online payment ecosystems

Location: Remote (Based in Bangladesh)

*This position is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Stripe, PayPal, payment risk management, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and payment optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Payment Operations--

  • Manage and oversee Stripe and PayPal business accounts

  • Monitor payment performance, transaction quality, and account health

  • Optimize payment workflows and operational efficiency

  • Support the implementation and management of payment solutions and BNPL services

Risk Management--

  • Monitor payment risk indicators and fraud patterns

  • Develop and implement chargeback prevention strategies

  • Analyze payment performance and recommend improvements

  • Ensure transaction quality and account stability

Compliance & Account Management--

  • Manage payment provider compliance requirements

  • Handle account reviews, verification requests, and operational assessments

  • Prepare and maintain required business documentation

  • Support regulatory and payment-provider compliance processes

Disputes & Refund Management--

  • Oversee dispute and chargeback resolution

  • Manage refund workflows and payment investigations

  • Develop procedures to minimize financial and operational risk

Reporting & Strategic Support--

  • Prepare executive-level payment and risk reports

  • Analyze trends and performance metrics

  • Support management with recommendations for payment growth and optimization

  • Assist with future payment and BNPL partnerships
