∎ Age 23 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepared daily attendance and absent reports for HR head.
∎ Assist to Maintain the HRIS Software.
∎ New employee personal file entry to the payroll software.
∎ New employee ID card & appointment letter print from the software.
∎ Keep the photoshop & illustrator work proper knowledge.
∎ Prepared Daily leave & gate pass entry.
∎ Troubleshoot desktops, networks, printers, and payroll software.
∎ Maintain data accuracy and generate payroll/expense reports.
∎ Over time check & ensure in the daily basis.
∎ Maintain daily basis employee shifting & roster duty.
∎ Need to be HR developing work activity.
∎ Ensure the training of employee about compensation benefit & payroll software and excel.
