Incredible Fashions Limited is expanding its Commercial Operations Team to strengthen bonded warehouse compliance and ensure customs audit excellence for its export-oriented garments business.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and proactive professional who can ensure accurate customs documentation, maintain bonded warehouse compliance, and support smooth export operations for woven and knit products.

The Executive – Customs Audit will be responsible for:

• Managing customs audit documentation and responding to audit observations.

• Ensuring full compliance with Bond License and bonded warehouse regulations.

• Coordinating with internal departments (Commercial, Production, Accounts, and Store) to ensure proper export documentation.

• Liaising with Customs authorities, Bond Commissionerate, BGMEA/BKMEA, and C&F agents.

• Preparing audit reports and maintaining updated compliance records.

Supporting smooth export operations by ensuring accurate and timely submission of customs-related documents.

This role requires strong knowledge of customs audit processes, bonded warehouse compliance, export documentation accuracy, and Bangladesh Customs regulations.
