Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the full hiring process of employees including job ad preparation and posting, screening and selection, arranging interview, verifying work history and references, developing job descriptions, preparing offer and onboarding for local market.
∎ Support the Department Heads to identify the recruitment needs, execute the recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates.
∎ Perform daily operations of HR functions including staff attendance management, payroll calculation and personal records maintenance for local market.
∎ Partnering closely with line Departments in every stage of recruitment activities to execute the recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified talents via appropriate channels.
∎ Provide professional consultation on local employment market and best practice sharing to Regional Human Resources Department.
∎ Managing annual HR activities and exercises such as performance appraisal, promotion review, salary review.
∎ Handle translation task and administration management for local market.
∎ Support and handle any projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in Japanese language is highly preferred.
∎ A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience, preferably with sizable organization. The idea candidate should be skilled in talent acquisition and possess ample of experience in other functions such as staff relations.
∎ Possess experience in recruitment from e-commerce/retail experience is an advantage.
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English and local language.
∎ Good interpersonal and problem-solving skill, self-motivate, independent, service-oriented, able to work under pressures.
∎ Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Immediate available is an advantage
∎ Candidates with strong proven experience or qualification will be considered as Human Resources Manager.
∎ Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Human Resources Executive/Human Resources Executive.
