∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Project Management, Japanese Language, Must have Excel VBA, Very Good at Microsoft office specially on MS Excel PPT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, IT Enabled Service, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with IT and relevant departments to support rollouts of IT projects
∎ Support collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements
∎ Support data collection, analysis and system design
∎ Provide comprehensive support on project planning and reporting
∎ Provide support on documentation preparation, agenda preparation, meeting notification issuance, minutes and record processing (Japanese & English)
∎ Support on overall project progress
∎ Support the preparation of regular reports for review
∎ Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of Japanese (both written and spoken, N1 or above)
∎ Good command of English (both written and spoken)
∎ Experienced in working with Japanese and/or Hongkong company is preferred
∎ Experienced in project management is preferred
∎ Well organized and good communication skill
∎ Strong sense of responsible, self-motivated and positive attitude
∎ Immediate available is an advantage
∎ Suggested software: Excel VBA and PPT
