Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in day to day HR Operational activities.
∎ Assist in preparing yearly Employee Relations (ER) strategy.
∎ Assist in internal & external ER programs.
∎ Coordinate and assist in day to day Recruitment operational activities.
∎ Coordinate and assist in day to day Training operational activities.
∎ Participate in departmental and/or staff meetings.
∎ Exposure to all areas of HR, including benefits, HRIS, compliance.
∎ Interact with all levels up through Hiring Managers and Executives.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 26 years

∎ Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Ability to interact in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
∎ Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online research.
∎ Possess excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
∎ Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills including written communication and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in English (written and verbal).
∎ Able to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 4500 - 5000 (Monthly)
