Responsibilities & Context:
We`re looking for an Intern to join our team and assist in various aspects of our Human Resources services. The duration of the internship will be 3(three) months. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn from experts, develop individual skills, and contribute to the success of the organization.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and databases with accurate information.
Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts and performance reviews.
Provide support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and correspondence handling.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
