• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Must have minimum 2 years experience on similer role.

• Must have strong relationship with stakeholders.

• Must have Fabric knowledge & also design sense on Outer-wear, Ski-wear, Technical-wear & Work-wear.

• Having good knowledge about Fabric Suppliers (outerwear, Ski wear, Technical wear & Work wear) & also having good relation with them.

• Must have knowledge on project management, Lead time.

• Able to solve the problem and organize the task to meet the deadline

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Evaluate fabric performance, appearance, and quality against buyer/brand specifications

• Collaborate with fabric suppliers, mills, and internal teams for sourcing and development

• Provide technical support in fabric selection, testing, finishing, and approval processes

• Monitor lab dips, hand feel, shrinkage, GSM, color fastness, and other fabric parameters

• Conduct risk analysis on fabric types before bulk production to avoid potential quality issues

• Coordinate with QA and Production teams to resolve any fabric-related issues

• Stay updated on fabric trends, innovations, and new technologies in the textile industry
