• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Must have minimum 5 years experience on similer role.

• Must have strong relationship with stakeholders.

• Must have technical & product knowledge & also design sense on Outer-wear, Ski-wear, Technical-wear & Work-wear.

• Having good knowledge about customer/Buyer (outerwear, Ski wear, Technical wear & Work wear) & also having good relation with them.

• Having good knowledge about EPM/CPM and other factory’s KPI.

• Must have knowledge on project management, Lead time.

• Able to solve the problem and organize the task to meet the deadline

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Work closely with buyers and internal teams to develop new styles from concept to sample.

• Review tech packs and ensure samples are executed and submitted on time.

• Prepare detailed costing sheets and participate in price discussions with customers.

• Source suitable fabrics and trims, ensuring the right balance of quality, cost, and delivery.

• Maintain clear communication with buyers on samples, feedback, and approvals.

• Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure smooth handover and order execution.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
