Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / post graduation in any subject (Major in HRM/Management will get preference).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist performing recruitment and selection process.
∎ To assist maintaining leave and attendance system.
∎ To entey data in software as and when required.
∎ To check and verify the informations of newly selected candidates before joining.
∎ To update the personal file of all employees.
∎ To assist developing job description for all employees.
∎ To assist preparing monthly salary sheet.
∎ To maintain the joining formalities of new joiners.
∎ Any orher tasks provided by authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Completed all credits except internship.
∎ Good in MS office and English.
∎ Writing skills in both Bangali (Bijoy) and English.
∎ Good communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Food and transport allowance will be provided by the company.
