Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA (HRM) from UGC approved University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support in executing the HR operations of the organization effectively.
∎ Provide support in conducting Recruitment & Selection of employees.
∎ Provide support in Personal file Management.
∎ Provide support in Final Settlement.
∎ Provide support data input in HRIS.
∎ Provide support in scan, filing & documentation.
∎ Provide support in training & development.
∎ Work collaboratively with HR team members in day to day HR activities.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor and concerned authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Knowledge in HR functions and Bangladesh labor law 2006 & labor rules 2015 will add value.
∎ Good communication & typing skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
