∎ Candidate communication and record management
∎ Assist in CV sourcing from various platforms
∎ Support in arranging assessments and interviews
∎ Prepare new joiner files and maintain proper records
∎ Liaise with new joiners and assist in onboarding
∎ Conduct reference checks and document outcomes
∎ Provide timely support to stakeholders and ensure proper logistics for new joiners
∎ Assist and contribute innovative ideas in recruitment and learning & development
