Education:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Bachelor/Honors

• Age 23 to 28 years

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with data and reporting systems.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the testing/quality assurance industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

• Customer Service Focus: Ability to interact professionally with clients, address queries, and assist in revenue and invoice-related matters.

• Generate daily invoices (around 80–100) accurately and on time.

• Allocate and maintain daily textile revenue summary

• Update prices, discounts, and VAT details in the system, keeping records organized and up-to-date.

• Inform the concerned person or department about any invoice discrepancies

• Prepare, verify, and submit revenue summaries, job summaries, VAT reports, and other related reports on time.

• Check and verify invoices daily to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Follow checker-maker process to maintain accuracy and accountability.

• Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding invoice-related queries.

• Support the collection of outstanding bills and ensure proper follow-up with customers.
