Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have diploma in Food Technology / Dairy science with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division or equivalent result
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Test the online product quality as per QMS to meet the regulatory requirement.
∎ Verify the online process activities as per standard operating procedure and QMS
∎ Prepare chemical, reagent solution for day to day QA operation
∎ Perform sampling of all raw material, packaging material and finished product for testing and reporting by following the standard testing procedure
∎ Analyse products quality during standardisation of batch as per Quality Monitoring Scheme (QMS) to meet the standard requirement
∎ Check and maintain the factory hygiene status
∎ Segregate the market return products as per market return policy and SOP
∎ Implement GMP in the factory through monitoring and provide training to the production operators and workers
∎ Verify the Critical Control Point (CCP) and Pre-Requisite Point (PRP) of all process line and also the batch calculation record
∎ Test the raw material quality before adding with batch
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Any task assigned by the supervisor as and when required
∎ Job Location: Aarong Dairy (Factory), Gazipur
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Age, and education may be relaxed in case of potential candidate
∎ Have sound knowledge in routine inspection, lab analysis, reporting schedule maintenance and proper housekeeping
∎ Knowledge on handling various chemical and reagent preparation
∎ Have basic knowledge in ISO 22000 (FSSC), GMP, GLP, GHP
∎ Able to work in a team and under pressure
∎ Have the skill of effective communication and multitasking
