Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed)
∎ Training/Trade Course: Diploma in Education
∎ Skills Required: Education

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extending technical cooperation/training to the teachers of Learning Center (LC) and Child Friendly Space (CFS),in different camp locations of Balukhali, Ukhiya.
∎ Identifying needs of home-based education for children with and without disabilities.
∎ Working closely with different project teams importantly Shelter-based Therapy Team for Children with Disabilities to document physical and cognitive abilities of the pupils and develop Individualized Education Plan (IEP) accordingly.
∎ Working collaboratively with the PNGOs in the relevant areas
∎ Producing reports (e.g., case studies, lesson learned reports, client's progress report) on short notice.
∎ Arranging FGD, interview and any sort of field-required discussion session, if required.
∎ Reporting to Team manager accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record in the field of Education.
∎ Excellent communication skills (both oral and written in English and Bangla)
∎ Negotiation and motivational skills
∎ Ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with project stakeholders
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and high levels of cultural sensitivity is highly desirable.
∎ Experience of working with persons with disabilities would be an advantage.
∎ Good and critical analytical skills
∎ Excellent typing skill both in Bangla and English will be an advantage
∎ Team Working, planning and organising
∎ High degree of integrity and Active listener
∎ Stress Tolerant, dedicated and hard working
∎ Willingness to undertake extensive field trip

Salary: Tk. 61000 - 61500 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Pro rata basis festival bonus.
