Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions based on NSDA competency standards
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises
Supervise laboratory/workshop training activities
Evaluate trainee performance through assignments and practical assessments
Maintain training attendance and progress records
Ensure training quality and compliance with NSDA and PKSF program guidelines
Support trainees in developing employable technical skills
