- Age 25 to 50 years
Minimum 2–5 years of professional or training experience in the relevant trade
Must be CBTA Certified (Competency Based Training and Assessment) in the relevant course
Strong technical knowledge in the respective trade
Ability to conduct competency-based practical training sessions
Good communication and teaching skills
Experience with SEIP / SICIP / ASSET Project training programs will be given priority
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions based on competency standards
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical exercises
Supervise laboratory/workshop training activities
Evaluate trainee performance through assignments and practical assessments
Maintain training attendance and progress records
Ensure training quality and compliance with SICIP/PKSF program guidelines
Support trainees in developing employable technical skills
