Education:
Master’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Gender Studies, SRHR studies, Disability Studies, or any other related field.
Specialization or training on SRHR, SGBV, Safeguarding, Women rights etc.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in reputed I/NGOs in Bangladesh.
Proven experience in I/NGOs in project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
Proven experience in budget development, forecasting, tracking, modification, expenditure analysis and reporting,
Minimum 6 years of professional experience, preferably in a mid/senior role in managing Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) or health-related initiatives in development and/or humanitarian context.
Strong understanding of rights-based approaches, gender equality, adolescent SRHR, and disability-inclusive SRHR programming
Knowledge and experience in working with children and young people on SRHR and SGBV.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder coordination, including government line departments, donors, I/NGOs, and civil society organizations.
Sound knowledge of national SRHR policies, strategies, and service delivery systems.
Sound knowledge on compliance and ethical practices.
Experience of working with Partner Organizations.
Skills of designing and conducting training needs assessment, training design and conduction on SRHR and SGBV topics.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring capacity
Proficiency in English for report writing and communication; Bangla proficiency is mandatory
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines under pressure
Willingness to travel frequently to project locations.

Project-Specific Responsibilities
Lead the overall implementation and coordination of the SRHR and SGBV focused project for children & youth with disabilities, in line with approved project documents, donor requirements, and organizational policies
Ensure delivery of comprehensive, inclusive, and rights-based SRHR interventions, with particular focus on children and youths with disabilities, women, and marginalized groups.
Oversee the design and implementation of community-based SRHR awareness, behavior change communication (BCC), and capacity-building activities.
Strengthen linkages between communities and government SRHR services, including maternal health, family planning, adolescent health, and SGBV response services.
Coordinate with health facilities, local government, and service providers to improve quality, accessibility, and accountability of SRHR and SGBV services
Ensure integration of gender, disability inclusion, safeguarding, and protection principles across all project activities.
Supervise project staff, provide technical guidance, conduct regular performance reviews, and promote a learning-oriented team culture.
Collaborate closely with the MEAL team to ensure effective monitoring, data quality, learning, and adaptive management
Prepare and submit high-quality narrative, financial, and progress reports for donors and internal stakeholders
Lead documentation of best practices, success stories, case studies, and lessons learned related to SRHR programming
Represent the project in coordination meetings, networks, and advocacy platforms at local and national levels
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and ethical standards related to SRHR and safeguarding.
Participate in relevant meetings of regional consortium member organisations of other countries.
Develop project updates and make presentations to CDD’s Leadership and in Project Meetings (internal), and in consortium meetings as assigned.
Represent CDD in different forums and networks on SRHR, SGBV, PSEAH as relevant and assigned.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Adhere to CDD's Children and Adults at Risk Safeguarding policy, ensuring the safety and well-being of all project participants.
Promote a safe and secure environment for all participants and stakeholders of the project.
Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and follow the designated reporting procedures.

CDD is accepting application for the position of ‘Project Manager’ under a project title Body Talk 2 to be implemented with the supported by the Liliane Fonds. The organization is implementing a Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) project aimed at improving equitable access to quality SRHR services for children and youth with disabilities, strengthening community awareness, and promoting rights-based approaches for adolescents, youth, and marginalized populations.
The duration of the project is till 31st December 2028. The selected candidate will initially be hired for a three-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of this period, her employment contract will be renewed on an annual basis.
