Job Context:
∎ The Centre for Disability in Development (CDD) is a not for profit organization established in 1996 to develop a more inclusive society for persons with a disability. CDD is simultaneously educating the development stakeholders & community on how to be more inclusive whilst also enabling persons with a disability to participate in society by strengthening their leadership and providing them with essential rehabilitation & other supports.
∎ CDD is one of the most renowned organizations in the field of disability-inclusive development. CDD`s work in Bangladesh is supported by international and national donor agencies/development partners. CDD offers an inclusive, amicable and respectable work environment.
∎ The Ramon Magsaysay Award (Asian version of the Noble prize) has been awarded to its Executive Director in 2010. In 2018, CDD was recognized by the Government of Bangladesh as one of the best organizations working on disability and development issues.
∎ CDD Office is now accepting applications for Inclusion Officer under "Enhancing Community Based Inclusive Development in Bangladesh (ECBID-B) funded by CBM.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish, develop and maintain professional relationship with implementing partner for managing the project effectively and efficiently.
∎ Supervise and monitor skill development, community reintegration and rehabilitation of person with disabilities.
∎ Prepare plan and follow up progress on a monthly, quarterly and annually and track achievement of outputs and spending against plan and budget.
∎ Ensure proper documentations including lesson learnt, good practices, Human Interest Stories and photographs.
∎ Establishing linkage with various agencies at district level for skill development.
∎ Develop monitoring tools to measure effectiveness of project initiates.
∎ Reviewed different training manuals, guidelines and curriculums for teachers and partner staff.
∎ Carry through frequent field visits to strengthen monitoring system and develop effective relationship with community.
∎ Follow up and maintain effective communication with target group for achieving results.
∎ Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, meetings and ensure relevant stakeholders participation.
∎ Responsible for Coordinating SHG networks.
∎ Individually responsible for the partner organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 45 years
∎ Disability inclusion in DRR, partnership management, problem solving, and ability to work in a team.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
