Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementation & Stakeholder Management
∎
∎ Lead project implementation to achieve qualitative and quantitative outcomes and intended impact.
∎ Collaborate with public and private institutions for developing strategies for effective and timely implementation.
∎ Support the Team Leader and the Advisor- Government Relations to facilitate discussions and liaison between private and public sector stakeholders, such as C&F agents, private traders, business associations, chambers of commerce, local and national government institutions and administrative bodies concerning trade facilitation.
∎ Manage and lead sub-contractors and partners to develop digital modules, including e-payment integration for BLPA.
∎ Support the Finance & Admin team in financial and administrative management, including procurement of goods and services.
∎ Ensure gender and social inclusion aspects are mainstreamed in the project.
∎ Support the Team Leader for adoption and institutionalization of project resources and outputs within the existing organizational structure of BLPA and other public actors.
∎ Support the Monitoring & Evaluation team in reviewing progress using evidence from the results measurement system.
∎ Collaborate with the other projects for efficient and effective project implementation and mutual learning.
∎ Communication and Reporting

∎ Assist the Team Leader in donor communication and donor relationship management.
∎ Contribute in preparing project progress reports, including technical reports and other reports as per project requirement.
∎ Support in organising different seminars and workshops to disseminate project learnings as and when required.
∎ Provide strategic support for preparing communication materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive professional work experience in the development sector in project implementation roles.
∎ Understanding of TFA implementation and the related ecosystem.
∎ Sound knowledge of local and national government instituitions and administrative bodies in Bangladesh and/or relevant contexts.
∎ Proven experience of managing relationships with both private and public stakeholders.
∎ Understanding of process digitization, e-payment, private and public sector engagement, both at local and national levels.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
∎ Effective verbal, presentation and lisenting skills with advanced communication skill in English and Bangla (verbal and written).
∎ Excellent computer literacy in Windows Office programs (specifically MsWord, MsExcel, PowerPoint).
∎ Understanding of diversity and inclusion in workplace and project implementation.
