Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IE Manager to lead our Industrial Engineering team in improving productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization within our garments manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capacity planning, line balancing, SMV calculation, and continuous process improvement to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery.
Lead and manage the IE department to achieve production targets and efficiency goals
Prepare SMV, manpower planning, and capacity analysis
Conduct line balancing and layout planning for better productivity
Monitor daily production performance and suggest improvement plans
Analyze work study, time study, and method study to reduce wastage
Ensure optimum utilization of machines and manpower
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Quality teams for smooth operations
Prepare efficiency reports, KPI reports, and management dashboards
Train and guide IE team members for skill development
