∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree with concentration in Human Resource Management

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to:
∎ Ensure staff induction.
∎ Ensure effective and productive office environment at filed office.
∎ Ensure accurate time sheet, leave and attendance management and provide necessary support/report to prepare payroll.
∎ Ensure assistance in training and development program.
∎ Work Location: IRC-Bangladesh, Ukhia Office
∎ Reporting to:Human Resources Manager
∎ Department: Human Resource
∎ Expected Start Date: At Earliest
∎ Contract length: 1 year (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct initial induction to newly hired employees of Ukhia office.
∎ Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.).
∎ Responsible for maintain Time Sheet & guide staff who need assistance.
∎ Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties of Ukhia work station.
∎ Responsible for attendance of Ukhia office.
∎ Maintain separation/exist process of field staff and provide information to Cox's Bazar office.
∎ Compile and update employee records of Ukhia office staff.
∎ Responsible to ensure and maintain visibility item for staff.
∎ Assist to incentive worker recruitment process, if needed.
∎ Responsible to arrange employee engagement activity in Ukhiya office and field.
∎ Responsible to assist in performance evaluation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good experience in leave and attendance management
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office
∎ Hard working and positive attitude
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written
∎ Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Sound knowledge to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner

Salary: Tk. 52000 (Monthly)

∎ Two bonuses in a year equivalent to two basic salaries.
