Job Context:

∎ Reporting To: HR Coordinator

∎ Contract length: One Year (with possibility of extension subject to funding, program needs and performance of incumbent)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure both national & International recruitments for the IRC, Bangladesh Program that includes pro-active sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, salary negotiations & contract Management. He/she has to ensure all work will be accomplished in a spirit of partnership and collaboration with the hiring manager.
∎ Ensure HR teams are following proper compliance in recruitment and selection process and provide necessary feedback to the team and inform HR coordinator about that suggest corrective actions
∎ Ensure proper documentation are followed in recruitment process, take necessary approval, communicate with the region, share the advertisement, track the recruitment, inform update the relevant, work closely with program to develop the JD, verify the JD and enrich the JD basis of texio.
∎ Work closely with the program about JD development, update the JD, store it for present in demand, share this with employees, provide answer for necessary query in this regards.
∎ Liaison with job portals, talent hunting agency to sourcing the best suitable candidates, work with them for MOU, Contract management and payment settlement.
∎ Update onboarding tracker and reporting and provide necessary feedback to management.
∎ Circulate the new joining, introduce them, create T7, email ID creation and overall help them to settle down.
∎ To ensure various kinds of HR related Reports as a when needed.
∎ Maintain & update employees master Database.
∎ Process employment status (e.g. job confirmation, transition, contract renewal, contract termination & transfer)
∎ Keep up to date Recruitment Tracker.
∎ To ensure proper and effective onboarding process for national staff.
∎ Circulate the new joining, introduce them, and guide the team to ensure their ID card, logistics support, create T7, email ID creation and overall help them to settle down.
∎ Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers
∎ Ensure IRC recruitment compliance, procedures and policies
∎ Announce various HR updates to all employees by emails and notice boards.
∎ Conducting Exit interviews
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HR field specially in development sectors.
∎ Good experience in recruitment management both national and international positions, file management and onboarding process.
∎ Good understanding on onboarding process for national staff.
∎ Advance skills in MS Excel & MS Office.
∎ Proactive and positive attitude
∎ Familiar with HR software, data processing.
∎ Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
