Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Strategy: Develop, implement, and communicate HR strategies, initiatives, and policies that support the overall business objectives and foster a positive work culture.
∎ Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
∎ Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
∎ Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions, and development planning. Assist managers in effectively managing employee performance.
∎ Training and Development: Identify training needs, design training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
∎ Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor laws. Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate records.
∎ Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Organize employee recognition programs and events.
∎ Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and practices. Stay informed about labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
∎ Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Provide guidance on conflict resolution techniques to managers and employees.
∎ Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment.
∎ HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to generate reports and insights on key HR metrics. Use data-driven insights to improve HR strategies and practices.
∎ Employee Separation: Oversee the employee separation process, including exit interviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
