Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update our HRIS software databases Update with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms, personal file management, and also.
∎ Perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting an online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates, and Coordinate interviews.
∎ The selected candidates will be responsible to assist in performing HR operations-related activities of the organization.
∎ Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks.
∎ Create reports on the HR-related process when required.
∎ Applicant reference check.
∎ Issued Work Order as per management Order.
∎ Review and distribute company strategies by hard copies (e.g. notice boards, brochures) or in digital formats (e.g. email, posts on social networks/forums/company website).
∎ Responsible to create a form related to the HR Manual Book as per the guidelines of the Head of HR.
∎ Assist the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events.
∎ Management meeting and open hall meeting with all staff as and when necessary.

∎ Age at most 26 years

Salary: Tk. 5000 - 10000 (Monthly)
