Job Context:
∎ Transcom Beverages Limited, the franchisee of PepsiCo for Bangladesh is looking for dynamic and competent professional to fill the mentioned position for Gazipur Plant.
∎ The candidate must have in-depth knowledge with clear understanding of Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Labor Laws, HR Policies & SOPs and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support HR Department to build and execute HR strategy to achieve overall business goals.
∎ Closely involved with cross functional team for Plant team capability initiatives.
∎ Advise, update, and train employees in all HR-related policies, procedures, and engagement programs.
∎ Actively take effective initiatives for engagement, productivity, and retention of the plant team.
∎ Take an active part in internal communication and preparation of the quarterly newsletter.
∎ Planning & Execution of Learning & Development Programs related with "on the job" and "off the job" annually, in consultation with the Line Managers as per guidance of the Management and Corporate office.
∎ Prepare Annual L&D Budget and get approval from the top management for implementation.
∎ Conduct L&D, Need Assessment (LNA) at different levels of the organization.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly training calendar in line with the guidance of Corporate Office.
∎ Conduct & coordinate regular in-house Learning & Development programs and looking for development opportunities for the Human Capital of the company.
∎ Maintain training database and prepare different reports for management.
∎ Should possess strong networking capability.
∎ Preparing induction plan & onboarding of new joiners.
∎ Managing joining kits & logistics support to new joiners.
∎ Managing Industrial attachment/internship/ industrial visit at plant of different organization/Institute.
∎ Ensuring protocol service for foreign engineers/experts i.e., invitation, NOC, Hotel reservation, visa exit permit, air ticketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years' experience in food & beverages-manufacturing industry/FMCG Company.
∎ Experience working on cross-functional teams and interaction with internal customers & stockholders.
∎ Presentable personality, well groomed, courteous and excellent inter-personal relationship skills.
∎ Excellent command over English and Bangla. Other language proficiency will be counted as an added advantage.
