Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play a vital role in Talent Management and Succession Planning to build the talent pipeline to meet existing and future talent needs
∎ Drive engagement initiatives across Commercial organization which will accelerate the culture of excellence to deliver business results
∎ Assist in providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management to ensure a high-performance culture
∎ Assist to facilitate an aligned reward philosophy
∎ Support to provide alignment of HR policies and practices
∎ Assist and support the Senior HRBP to manage HR Projects cross-functionally by building strong stakeholder relationships

Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA (in any discipline) from any reputed UGC approved university
∎ Minimum 8-10 years in HR among which 4 years of total related experience
∎ The role requires 60% of travel time across different regions of the country
∎ Required Capabilities- Sound Computer literacy and experience with HRIS
∎ Through Knowledge on employment and local labor laws
∎ Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio)
∎ Ability to review and analyze numerical/statistical data
∎ Good industry knowledge & market dynamics
