Job Context:
∎ The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth management of RSC incentive worker and on call interpreter include recruitment, onboarding, payment processing and separation process. Also assist staff recruitment process and day to day operational issues of RSC.
∎ Job Location: Ukhiya Office
∎ Contract Length: 1 year (with high possibility of extension)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Incentive Worker selection and onboarding by following RSC incentive worker management policy.
∎ ATC & NID checking and maintain database.
∎ Ensure accurate documentation as per policy and reserve for future reference and compliance.
∎ Update and maintain IW database in HRIS ll as physical database for future audit trial and necessary actions.
∎ Maintain IW files hardcopy file up to date.
∎ Arrange necessary training sessions as per organization demand such as onboarding training, IRC Way, Harassment free workplace, sexual exploitation etc for RSC IW.
∎ Cross check of documents and ensure on time payment processing as per compliance.
∎ Make payment in collaboration with Finance and Program.
∎ Ensure smooth clearance process of incentive worker separation as per compliance of policies.
∎ Assist in staff recruitment process (shortlisting, conducting written test, arranging interview, participate as panel member, compiling, board recommendation preparation and taking approval, documentation).
∎ Ensure RSC staff personnel file and recruitment file management at RSC cox’s bazar office.
∎ Support to prepare and follow the vehicle movement plan for RSC IW/interpreter/staff.
∎ Assist day to day HR operational activities of RSC Office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 60 years
∎ Minimum 1 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably in development sector.
∎ Experienced in working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people, preferred
∎ Work experience in an English-speaking context
∎ Exposure in managing recruitment process
∎ Good communication and organizational skills, team spirit and capacity to work with little supervision
∎ Capacity of treating information confidentially
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure
∎ Sound computer skills in MS Office
∎ Solid verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ On time and new incentive worker or staff selection, documentation, and onboarding
∎ On time payment processing of incentive worker
∎ Ensure all documentation as per policy and compliance.
∎ Ensure incentive workers are getting all necessary training as per compliance and IRC guidance
∎ On time update and data entry in HRIS
