Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
∎ Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
∎ Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee productivity and engagement.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
∎ Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration and employee incentives.
∎ Maintain and update HR records, including employee data, attendance, and leave management.
∎ Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
∎ Lead HR projects, such as organizational restructuring, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
∎ The Human Resource Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry, and a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
