We are in need of an experienced HR to Manage Human Resource, Including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Effective Employee Relations, Compensation, and Benefits, Employee Risk Management, Attendance Management, Salary Disbursement, Talent acquisition etc.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Implementing effective Requirement & Selection Process.
∎ Developing Training Modules & Scheduling Training
∎ Developing Employee-Management Relations
∎ Structuring & Developing Compensation & Other Benefits
∎ Monthly/Weekly Salary Preparation & Disbursement
∎ Managing Employee Attendance
∎ Managing & Developing HR Related Documents, like Appointment Letters, Termination Letter, NDA, Salary Sheet, etc.
∎ Preparing Income Statement & Daily Income & Expense Report
∎ And all other HR Related Activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Human Resources
