Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management/ completed all the academic courses of BBA except internship (Major in HR) from a reputed University or MBA in HRM.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Support recruitment team by calling candidate, follow-up calls
∎ To Coordinate Interview session
∎ To Coordinate in new Employee Orientation program
∎ To Assisting in day-to-day operations of the HR functions
∎ To Coordinating in different functions, events or occasions related to employee engagement
∎ To Coordinating Employee joining process, Paper work, initial checking of employee personal file and other supporting works.
∎ To coordinate all training & development programs.
∎ To coordinate pre & post assessment test and prepare summary report.
∎ To Update training database and day to day activities reporting to the concern person.
∎ To Follow-up with training attendees.
∎ Any other task assigned when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
