Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and develop the collaboration with universities and professors.
∎ Plan and manage recruitment process for onboarding the qualified staff in the team.
∎ Conduct new employee orientation by introducing the Company Culture.
∎ Identify and manage training and development program to achieve the company's vision.
∎ Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures according to the standard.
∎ Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation of State.
∎ Support the management in annual salary review and promote the potential employees on the basis of Productivity measurement system
∎ Monitor and Implement the corrective measures to develop performance management system.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to mitigate the chances technical loophole or ambiguity.
∎ Build up relationship with employees and counselling to develop their skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Must have Winning Mentality.
∎ Minimum 06 months in recruitment but not more than 02 years
∎ Age must be below 26 years.
