Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments.
∎ Verify and reconcile financial documents, such as receipts, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
∎ Assist in managing payroll activities, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and employee benefits administration.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts by recording all financial transactions promptly and accurately.
∎ Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis or as requested by management.
∎ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are properly recorded and reported.
∎ Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
∎ Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable statements with vendor and customer records, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
∎ Assist in reconciling subsidiary accounts, such as inventory, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
∎ Assist in facilitating internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
