Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the possibilities of new job positions, replace current employees, and appoint a proper person in the needed places to ensure the continuous growth of the organization
∎ Create guidelines for each post, analyze the characteristics of new positions, prepare job circulars and make the recruitment process easy, modern, and effective
∎ Develop OKR for each team, project, and employee and evaluate their work efficiency, progress, and remunerations
∎ Arrange training, counseling, and coaching sessions for employees to create and maintain a positive, productive, cooperative work environment
∎ Ensure freedom of speech of the employees, create a work culture to enhance their mental strength and work abilities and resolve any conflict with a positive and professional approach
∎ Contact and maintain a warm relationship with different stakeholders for the sake of the organization
∎ Develop Standards of Procedure for the workplace and ensure the awareness of the employees regarding the policies

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
