Job Responsibilities:
∎ to keep intact the continual advancement of the organization, evaluate the likelihood of new job posts, replacement of existing staff, and in unavoidable cases, recruitment of efficient staff members
∎ create objective-based KPIs for each team, position, project, and employee, and monitor and evaluate the performance of employees, progress, and remuneration
∎ oversee the supply chain, production management, stock and inventory management
∎ analyze the nature of daily income-expenditure, provide reports and maintain cash liquidity
∎ keeping in mind the profit and loss, monitor the operational cost of the organization
∎ management of various tender quotations, project budgets, reports, plans and audits
∎ enhance the efficiency and capacity through the development and implementation of improved operational procedures
∎ conduct the preparation, filing and storage of various legal documents of the organization
∎ increase performance and create a pleasant work environment through employee training, counseling and coaching
∎ work with the CEO on the organization's values, mission, and short- and long-term goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 55000 (Monthly)
