Banks, Multinational Companies, Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the HR counterpart and the main point of contact for the business functions on HR issues
∎ Guide and assist designated business functions to plan manpower for the division/ department
∎ Active participation in recruitment process for the division/ department
∎ Guide and assist designated business functions on employee learning and development best practices
∎ Support major HR initiatives and services in meeting organizational objectives
∎ Support leaders from the business functions to enhance capacity to better manage their teams, deliver Strategy into Action (SIA) components and implement changes
∎ Assist in creating a high performance culture by ensuring measurable performance indicators and improvement plans
∎ Guide on acceptable and expected behavior
∎ Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with constructive investigations and conversation
∎ Work closely with all the members of the division/ department to improve working relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention
∎ Guide on different HR policies and their interpretations
