Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the designing of HR & Admin Policies and Procedures.
∎ Perform Recruitment, Selection, On-boarding and Orientation activities as per business need.
∎ Develop, implement and oversee the recruitment process.
∎ Oversee, coordinate and implement the annual employee performance reviews and evaluations
∎ Employee Relations:
∎ Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
∎ Ensure excellent working environment through effective conflict resolution and directive counseling.
∎ Investigate employee relations issues & work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
∎ • To counsel the workers on general issues, like; company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
∎ To maintain all kind of record keeping related to job.
∎ Make awareness on productivity and quality improvement.
Additional Requirements:
