Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all hiring needs for Rider/Delivery Man & Driver.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Shomvob/Bdjobs/Facebook.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment.
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify NID, certificates,s, and other documents.
∎ Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing Riders, Operators, Loader, etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all Rider/Delivery Man & Driver etc.
∎ Continuously sourcing CV Rider/Delivery Man & Driver etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO BE LOCAL IN " SAVAR ".
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in Rider/Delivery Man & Driver Recruitments.
∎ Local people and freshers with extracurricular activities can apply if they feel confident.
∎ The candidate must have to be LOCAL.
∎ A better understanding of rider's Marketplace with a significant amount of Rider/Delivery Man & Driver database (at least 1,000).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Specially in Excel.
∎ Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and take on new challenges.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
