Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all hiring needs for Rider/Delivery Man, Operator, and Package Handler.
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Facebook/Bdjobs/Shomvob.
∎ Continuously sourcing CV for Rider/Delivery Man, Operator, and Package Handler.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels.
∎ Conduct interviews and select candidates with relevant knowledge and skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify NID, certificates, and other documents.
∎ Prepare onboarding and training material for all new and existing Rider/Delivery Man, Operator, and Package Handler.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all Rider/Delivery Man, Operator, and Package Handler.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE TO BE LOCAL IN " NARAYANGANJ/BADDA ".
∎ Local people and freshers with extracurricular activities can apply if they feel confident.
∎ A better understanding of the riders Marketplace with a significant amount of Rider/Delivery Man, Operator, and Package Handler databases (at least 1,000).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Specially in Excel.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 23000 (Monthly)
