Responsibilities & Context:
∎ FMCG background: at least 3-5 years of experience as an HR or recruitment specialist in the food, beverage or FMCG industry;Channel sales recruitment experience: successful cases of continuous recruitment and training of talents for regional or channel sales teams (such as distributors, channel managers, salesmen);
∎ Familiar with a variety of recruitment channels (social recruitment websites, social media, offline job fairs, campus recruitment, industry contacts) and able to flexibly combine them for different regions;
∎ Communication and coordination:Cross-departmental collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing, sales, warehousing and operations teams to timely understand the employment needs of each region and adjust recruitment strategies;
∎ 1.Recruitment & Onboarding: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, handle new-hire paperwork.
∎ 2.Employee Relations: maintain personnel files, address daily inquiries and complaints, organize team activities.
∎ 3.Training & Performance Support: assist in developing training plans, coordinate sessions, track effectiveness; support performance appraisal processes.
∎ 4.Compensation, Benefits & Attendance: collect attendance data, assist with payroll calculations, manage social security and benefits.
∎ 5.Policy Development & Compliance: update HR policies, monitor implementation, ensure compliance with local labor laws.
∎ 6.Transfers & Offboarding: process internal transfers and promotions, conduct exit procedures, compile turnover feedback and facilitate handovers.
∎ 7.Other type of work from Manager give order.
