Education:
∎ Diploma in Business Studies, Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor degree or above, business administration, marketing or related majors;
∎ MBA or internationally recognized sales/management certification preferred.

∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ More than 8 years of sales management experience in FMCG/fast-moving consumer goods or food distribution industry;
∎ At least 3 years of team management experience, leading a team of more than 20 people and achieving significant growth results.
∎ Performance and cases
∎ Have successful cases of promoting new markets or new products to market, and can provide specific sales performance growth data;
∎ Those who are familiar with the channel characteristics and operating models of Dhaka or similar metropolitan markets are preferred.
∎ Strategic and analytical capabilities
∎ Good at formulating and implementing regional sales strategies, with keen market insight;
∎ Proficient in CRM, Excel advanced functions and BI analysis tools, and able to extract decision points from data.
∎ Leadership and Communication
∎ Excellent team building and motivation skills, able to lead the team to achieve goals under high pressure;
∎ Excellent cross-departmental coordination and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
∎ Strong goal orientation and execution, with the ability to respond quickly and solve problems;
∎ High integrity, strong sense of ownership, constructive thinking and long-term investment willingness for the new company.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies
∎ According to company goals, formulate annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans and channel expansion strategies;
∎ Monitor market trends and competitive products, and adjust sales plans in a timely manner.
∎ Team Management and Training
∎ Establish and lead a 20-person sales team, allocate regional goals and resources;
∎ Improve the training system, performance appraisal and incentive mechanism, and enhance team execution and loyalty.
∎ Channel Development and Maintenance
∎ In-depth docking with multiple channels such as chain supermarkets, convenience stores, teahouses, snack shops, etc.;
∎ Plan and implement large-scale promotions, brand promotion and marketing activities to increase terminal coverage and brand voice.
∎ Indicator tracking and data analysis
∎ Establish a KPI monitoring system (sales, profit margin, collection rate, number of new channels);
∎ Use CRM and BI tools to complete sales data analysis and report to senior management regularly.
∎ Cross-departmental collaboration
∎ Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, finance and other departments to optimize order, delivery and collection processes;
∎ Promote information flow and feedback closed loop to quickly solve market and customer problems.
∎ As the first Head of Sales of WANG YANG Food Co., Ltd., you will directly manage 20 market managers, be fully responsible for sales strategies, channel construction and team management in the Dhaka region, and promote the company to rapidly expand its market share.
